Rožman starts with a win: Sarajevo celebrates against Posušje at Košev, Ziljkić scores twice

(Patria) - In the first match of the third round of the BiH Premier League, Sarajevo defeated Posušje at their Košev stadium with a score of 3:0.

New coach Simon Rožaman debuted on the bench of the Maroon team, and the new style of play he brought resulted in a big win for Sarajevo over Posušje with a score of 3:0.

The Maroon team threatened as early as the fifth minute, Ziljkić passed to Vrančić on the left flank who shot excellently, but the ball hit the post of Posušje's goal. Four minutes later, the home team had an opportunity from a free kick, but Ziljkić only hit the wall.

Olivera then stole the ball from the Posušje defense in the tenth minute, but ended up shooting very poorly.

Minutes followed where the game was played without chances and in the midfield.

However, Sarajevo threatened again in the 30th minute when Vrančić shot over the goal.

The guests had their first chance in the 41st minute when Boban passed on the right side, shot, and hit the outer part of the net.

In the second minute of stoppage time, Sarajevo had a free kick from the right side, Ziljkić sent the ball into the penalty area, and after confusion, Kolić cleared the ball which hit Oliveira and went into the net.

The start of the second half brought nothing interesting, the game mostly took place in the midfield.

After a big mistake by Mustafić in the 57th minute, he pushed the ball into the feet of Posušje players, and at the end of the action, Boban came alone in front of Šahinović, who managed to save his shot.

Brazilian Renan Oliveira threatened in the 65th minute with a volley from about twenty meters, but the ball went wide of the goal.

Just a minute later, Bekavc fouled Beganović and the referee Kazlagić pointed to the penalty spot. Captain Ziljkić took responsibility and scored for Sarajevo's 2:0 lead.

Buljubašić sent a great ball in the 74th minute towards Ziljkić, who came alone in front of Kolić and beat him for 3:0.

The guests had a chance in the 85th minute through Begić, the Posušje player shot twice, but both times his shot was blocked.

In the last attack of the match, Čataković hit the post after a cross from Beganović.

In the end, Sarajevo celebrated a deserved victory in Simon Rožman's debut match.
