Ronaldo in Tehran gifted a traditional Persian carpet

(Patria) - Football star Cristiano Ronaldo was gifted a traditional Persian carpet during his stay in Iran.

Saudi Al Nassr, for whom Ronaldo plays, will meet Iranian representative Persepolis in Tehran in the group stage of the Asian Champions League (AFC).

Persepolis President Reza Darvish presented Ronaldo, who arrived in Iran with the Saudi team, with a Persian carpet on this occasion.

Traditional Persian carpets are among the most beautiful and durable carpets in the world, with various regions developing their own distinctive patterns and styles. The use of high-quality wool, natural dyes, and fine craftsmanship ensure the long life of these durable carpets.

The match between Persepolis and Al Nassr is scheduled for Tuesday at 8 PM.

Also in Group "E" of the Asian Champions League are Qatar's Al-Duhail and Istiqlol Dushanbe from Tajikistan.
