(Patria) - The Appeals Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will hold a hearing on appeals in the case of Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić on June 12.
We remind that Lukić was acquitted of charges, while Dodik was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban from holding positions financed from public funds.
Milorad Dodik's legal team has filed an appeal against the verdict, as has the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which requested a harsher sentence.
The Prosecutor's Office also requested a conviction for the acting director of the "Official Gazette" of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić.
