Hearing on pre-trial detention in the 'Respirators' case at 8 PM at the BiH Court

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A hearing on the BiH Prosecutor's Office's motion for 30-day pre-trial detention for Fadil Novalić, the Federal Prime Minister, Fahrudin Solak, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration, and Fikret Hodžić, director of the company "Srebrena malina", who are suspected of fraud related to the procurement of 100 respirators costing 10.5 million KM, will be held at the BiH Court tonight at 8 PM.

Since Thursday evening, when they were informed of their arrest, there has been no detailed information about the charges against them or what they are suspected of, neither from the State Investigation and Protection Agency nor from the State Prosecutor's Office.

Defense attorneys Vasvija Vidović, Kadrija Kolić, and Mirna Delalić have not commented extensively in public, nor after the motion for pre-trial detention was filed. Given that only a few hours remain until the hearing, the lawyers have their hands full preparing a response to the BiH Prosecutor's Office's motion.

It is not known whether the hearing will be open to the public, including the numerous media outlets that have been on duty in front of the state judicial institutions for two days.
