(Patria) - At the Municipal Court in Sarajevo at 11 AM, a hearing will begin regarding the detention of the arrested Bojan Bošnjak, Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of KS.
We remind you that Bošnjak was arrested on Friday, November 15, as part of the "Incitat 2" operation, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.
Bošnjak is suspected of having given a positive opinion on the report on the strategic environmental impact assessment, with which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica for the suspects Ibri Berilo and Nađa Milišić.
The Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office requested one-month detention for Bošnjak due to the risk that he might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the risk of re-offending, as he is suspected of abuse of position or authority.
