KCUS Solution: Kemal Dizdarević Returned to Work

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo made a Decision on May 24 to return Doctor Kemal Dizadervić to work, based on the Decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

"Based on the Decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, confirmed by the Decision of the Cantonal Court, as of April 1, 2019, Professor Doctor Kemal Dizdarević is enabled to work at the Clinical Center under the Contract of May 12, 2016," the KCUS decision states.

According to the decision, Dizdarević is obliged to report to work within three days.

The court fined KCUS and Dr. Izetbegović for not implementing the decision in Dizdarević's case.

Dizdarević was fired from KCUS at the end of October last year, after publicly criticizing the policy of the General Director of KCUS, Dr. Sebija Izetbegović.
