"Revik" gathers economic experts from around the world in Sarajevo

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A three-day regional conference aimed at improving auditing and accounting practices in BiH was held in Sarajevo over the past weekend.

Economic experts from the countries of the Western Balkans, as well as Turkey, France, England, the USA, the Netherlands and Bulgaria discussed various topics of importance for BiH, announced the auditing firm Revik.

The conference covered topics such as "Economic Situation in BiH", "Innovations in Technological Achievements", "Development of the Auditing and Accounting Profession in the World...".

The organizer is the Sarajevo-based auditing firm "Revik", a member of "HLB International" (HLBI), a global auditing, accounting and consulting company headquartered in London.

HLBI, incidentally, has its members in more than 150 countries, including the BiH member "Revik".

HLBI holds a regional conference every year, and so far global economic experts have gathered in Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia, while this year BiH was the host.

As the organizers stated, this is a major event for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the accounting and auditing profession.

"Guests from around the world had the opportunity to share their experiences from their countries in order to improve the profession in BiH and the Western Balkans. Also, our guests got to know the capital city and the system by which this country functions. They were surprised by the beauty and opportunities that our country offers," emphasized Sanjin Viteškić.
