Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team Finishes Preparations for Match Against Ireland, Players Confident of Victory

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Robert Prosinečki's team completed their final training session last night at the FK Sarajevo training center in Butmir before heading to Belfast for the UEFA Nations League match against Northern Ireland.

Assistant coach Elvir Rahimić expects a positive result on the road in Northern Ireland.

- Preparations are proceeding according to plan, we are training in excellent conditions. We have some injury concerns, but that will not deter us from our intention to beat Northern Ireland. They are a dangerous team from set pieces, and we must pay attention to that in training. We expect a good result and a victory.

Our national team striker Riad Bajić says the team is ready.

- It will be difficult in Northern Ireland because they play very well at home. Both matches will be tough, but we will be ready for them.

Rade Krunić, who has returned to the team, emphasized that he likes Robert Prosinečki's coaching style.

- The coach insists on possession of the ball because he was that type of player himself. I am satisfied with what he demands from us and I believe it will be evident that he is doing an excellent job.

The national team will travel to Belfast at 11 AM from Sarajevo Airport, and the match against the Irish will be played on Saturday at 3 PM.
