The BiH sitting volleyball team has been in the Netherlands since September 22, where the players completed final preparations ahead of the upcoming European Championship in Germany, which is being held from September 30 to October 8, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The team, led by coach Mirza Hrustemović, will arrive in Germany today, and our national team will play its first match on October 2 against Hungary.
We remind you that this is the most decorated BiH national team, having been European champions eight times and world champions three times.
The BiH national team will play in Group B with the teams of the Netherlands, Serbia and Hungary. Group A consists of Germany, Poland, Croatia and Italy, while Group C includes Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Azerbaijan.
Coach Hrustemović's list includes 17 players:
Sabahudin Delalić (captain), Dževad Hamzić, Asim Medić, Safet Alibašić, Beniz Kadrić, Ermin Jusufović, Muhamed Kapetanović, Nizam Čančar, Ismet Godinjak, Adnan Manko, Mirzet Duran, Adnan Kešmer, Edin Džino, Armin Šehić, Jasmin Brkić, Adin Likić and Damir Grbić.

From October 5 to October 7, the final stage of the European Championship (placement matches) will take place.
