On the occasion of the Catholic holiday of Easter, a greeting was also sent to the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljić, by the Grand Mufti of the Islamic Community in BiH, Husein ef. Kavazović, reports MINA, as carried by the Patria news agency.
Reis Kavazović expressed the wish that the upcoming Easter would encourage Catholic believers, as well as all people of good will in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and strengthen hope for a better future.
– May the inspiration of Easter help in persisting in promoting solidarity, social justice, peace, reconciliation, coexistence, and interfaith dialogue, said Reis Kavazović.
On behalf of the Islamic Community in BiH and in his own name, the Grand Mufti congratulated the upcoming holidays to the faithful and wished them to spend them in good health and spirits.
