Property Register of Sarajevo Canton now available online

(Patria) - The Government of Sarajevo Canton has published an online register of movable and immovable property with an interactive map on its official portal.

The register includes land, business premises, forests, shares in companies, and movable property of higher value such as vehicles and artworks. So far, 135 properties over which the Canton has ownership or disposal rights have been identified. Out of a total of 224 institutions and legal entities required to submit data, 213 have done so, while 11 entities need to finalize their entries.

The accuracy of the data is verified under the supervision of the Budget Inspectorate and with the participation of the Office for the Fight against Corruption. Excluded from public disclosure, for security reasons, are the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Office for the Fight against Corruption, the Directorate for Commodity Reserves, and the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.

The entry of data on the property of Sarajevo Canton, due to extensive documentation, has not been completed, and it is currently possible to review the property that has been entered into the database.
