(Patria) - Member of the Croatian Parliament Nino Raspudić assessed that in the upcoming elections, parties with a Croatian prefix face a danger from the election of Komšić's candidate Slaven Kovačević, and accordingly put forward a proposal for holding alleged primaries between the HDZ and the Five.
"There is a danger from this Komšić's candidate (Slaven) Kovačević. I have one proposal on how to get out of this situation.
For Croats to organize some kind of primaries for the Croatian member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In that way, we could already have an informal Croatian electoral unit," said Raspudić.
"So, these opposition Croatian parties and HDZ BiH should agree to open registration for people who want to sign up and vote in these primaries, and there to choose between the HDZ candidate and the candidate of the Croatian opposition. Whoever gets more votes, then let them run for the member of the Presidency of BiH against Kovačević. However that goes, that person is for us the Croatian representative," concluded Raspudić in a podcast in Croatia.
