Ramo Isak on removing the video clip: I am a legalist, decisions of the BiH Court are binding for me

(Patria) - The Federal Minister of Internal Affairs and President of the People's Force, Ramo Isak, has not yet received the decision of the Court of BiH rejecting the appeal of the political party People's Force against the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) to penalize this political party for conducting premature election campaign and violating the Election Law of BiH.

Isak stated to the media that he was informed about the essence of the decision of the Court of BiH through the media.

“I have not yet received the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I was informed about the essence of its content through the media. I am a legalist, decisions of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina are binding for me, and I have no intention of commenting on them,” said Isak.

Although the CEC ordered that both the political entity and Ramo Isak remove the video clip promoting the party and Isak from their profiles, this has not yet happened.

The post from June 24 is still visible on Ramo Isak's profile, as well as the video clip of the same name on the People's Force YouTube channel.

The CEC fined the party 6000 KM and ordered the removal of the video clip from the social media profiles of this party, YouTube, as well as from Ramo Isak's profile.
