Bosnian construction companies Euro-Asfalt and ŽGP will begin building the bypass on April 1st, which will connect Sarajevo's Stup with Corridor 5C, passing from Vogošća towards Vlakovo, writes the BH News Agency Patria.
The value of the works, which are expected to be completed in February 2016, amounts to 23.3 million KM, and are financed by the OPEC Fund for International Development and the European Investment Bank.
After the Sarajevo bypass is opened to traffic, the city will be significantly relieved, as the majority of vehicles will travel via this bypass instead of through Rajlovac, writes Patria.
