After the Minister of Security of BiH Fahrudin Radončić was dismissed by deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, this decision needs to be confirmed in the House of Peoples of the PSBiH. It has begun to be speculated that this decision may not be confirmed, as parties with a Croatian prefix were against Radončić's dismissal (HDZ BiH, HDZ 1990, and HSP).
However, as confirmed for the Patria News Agency by Halid Genjac, a delegate in the House of Peoples, if the political parties that voted for the dismissal in the House of Representatives also vote in the House of Peoples, there will be enough votes to dismiss Fahrudin Radončić.
- Namely, a majority of votes from those present who vote, and at least one-third of the votes from those voting from each entity are required. Both conditions will be met unless a political party changes its stance in the meantime – Genjac stated.
The session of the House of Peoples has not yet been scheduled.
