The list of workers who will be declared technologically redundant at the company ZOI '84 has been made, and the layoffs will be carried out today and tomorrow, as was intended from the very beginning by director Midhat Hubijar, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria. Layoffs have been prepared for 33 workers.
Panic has spread among the workers, and as the agency Patria previously wrote, Hubijar had been sending workers on annual leave en masse, which is strange given that preparations for the winter season on Igman and Bjelašnica are in full swing.
As stated by the president of the ZOI '84 Union, Alija Hodžić, the selection of workers for layoffs was done by a Commission, but the Union was not informed.
- According to the rehabilitation program previously adopted by the Assembly, there were supposed to be 146 workers. We will certainly seek the workers' rights through legal means - said Hodžić.
Incidentally, as is already being discussed among the workers, the layoffs have been prepared for workers who have been employed at ZOI '84 for the last few years.
Incidentally, as Patria previously wrote, the main reference of the new director Midhat Hubijar is the once world-famous and respected company ZOI '84, which, due to the criminal actions of previous managements over the last ten years, has been brought to the brink of collapse.
Workers are also pained by the fact that before this directorial position, Hubijar worked as a babysitter, looking after the children of a Saudi prince, with whom he occasionally traveled.
