Aida factory workers spent the night in front of the Government building, Prime Minister and ministers hid

Workers of the shoe factory ‘Aida’ spent the past night, which was very cold, under the open sky in front of the entrance to the building of the Government of Tuzla Canton, reports the Patria News Agency. 

– Nobody addressed us. We decided to remain persistent in our demands. We will welcome the leaders of the TC Government here because we are not giving up the fight for our rights – Vahida Kuljaninović, an Aida worker who spent the night in front of the TC Government, told us.

The workers are seeking negotiations with the Prime Minister and all ministers, and they decided to protest, yet another in a series, because no one from the Government sent them a response to their request for a meeting.

They are demanding the resumption of work in all three plants, and if there is no work, then financial support until employment and finally the linking of service seniority, which has not been linked for 18 years, reports the portal Republika.co.ba.
