
(Patria) - The working group for implementing the procedure for electing two judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH, elected by the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, held its second session today.
At the session, applications of candidates who applied for the Public Call for the election of two judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH elected by the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the FBiH were reviewed.
30 candidates applied for the public call.
The following candidates applied for the call: Tanja Hadžagić, Ivona Jukić, Muhamed Mujakić, Monika Mijić, Josip Dolić, Alma Čolo, Adis Poljić, Smajo Šabić, Samir Župarević, Amir Alispahić, Dženeta Omerdić, Franjo Dragičević, Sanela Paripović, Filip Novaković, Lejla Konjić-Dragović, Faris Vehabović, Lana Mujanović, Almina Pilav, Jasminka Džumhur, Ivan Matešić, Šejla Bakić-Šolbić, Juso Hadžić, Katica Artuković, Demirel Delić, Zlatko Brkić, Željka Marković-Sekulić, Mladen Šain, Ivana Matijević, Amir Pilav and Ajsela Memišević.
The working group met in full composition and determined that all candidates submitted timely applications.
The working group also determined that only the application of candidate Šejla Bakić-Šolbić was incomplete and was therefore rejected.
The public will be informed in a timely manner about the date of the interviews.
