The travelling school "Think Global School" will come to Sarajevo next year

The travelling school from the United States of America, "Think Global School", will come to Sarajevo next year. A group of 45 students and 20 professors from this unique school in the world will stay in BiH from January to March 2016, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

Adnan Mačković, originally from BiH, a professor at the Military Academy in Qatar, will join the travelling school in September this year. He told the agency Patria that teachers and students from this school want to learn first-hand about the cultural, religious, and all other differences in BiH, and most of all about the post-war reconciliation processes in BiH.

"Think Global School" is a unique school in the world. It gathers 45 exceptionally talented students from all over the world. During the year, students and teachers stay in four countries, three months in each, where, using the infrastructure of a local school, they study regular subjects, as well as history and the current situation of the country they are staying in.

The school was founded by an American millionaire who wanted to provide her children with an interesting education, compared to traditional schools. The school soon grew into a real foundation, which now provides scholarships to gifted students, writes Patria.
