In the texts preceding this one, we explained how devastated the education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina is, how much it has been infected by corruption-tainted professors, intellectuals, and political subjects who gained positions thanks to that subservience.
However, to justify their appointments and placements with some kind of document, they resorted to criminal acts of falsifying education, i.e., buying and arranging their knowledge through back alleys known only to the current power holders.
Given that the SDA has been in power since Bosnia and Herzegovina gained independence until today, it is clear that they have poisoned our education the most, but there is no doubt that such educational weeds exist in all other parties.
However, the SDA committed a much greater crime against the education system, a crime that has generational repercussions, creating personnel who, conditionally speaking, followed the proper path through education, but had no one to pass on knowledge to them. Better said, they were taught by various party professors, who themselves lack the qualified and necessary knowledge.
For such needs, higher education institutions were invented, such as the American University and its National Security Academy, which are currently undergoing several investigations.
And at one time, they served the SDA army of loyalists, so they had a place to pour out their ignorance. Among those who desecrated the education system is the current state security minister, Selmo Cikotić, who was even the dean of one of the AU faculties. And how much he knows is best shown by the job he does, because it increasingly seems that even Cikotić is not clear why he is where he is. State security is constantly threatened, and the minister was and remains devoid of the necessary knowledge and skills to resolve this insecurity.
And the thesis about the systemic degradation of education will be confirmed by another figure from the security field. Samir Rizvo, Cikotić's assistant, was also part of the teaching staff at AU. Both of them, security experts, are proof that professorial lecturing from empty to empty was the basic substance of their work, because as much as they know, so much are their results visible. And little in those results is seen to be good.
Close to SDA structures are Enes Bezdrob (member of the Independent Oversight Board of the FUP), Tašo Dacić (retired brigadier of the BiH Ministry of Defense and representative in the Federal Parliament), and Almir Džuvo, former head of the OSA.
When you look at how many professors the SDA has in its ranks, whom that party pushed and still pushes to the top as eminent experts, you ask yourself why Bosnia and Herzegovina is a frog pond where everything, from the Sarajevo tram to state processes, is late, everything is in mud and sludge.
It is simply unbelievable that despite all those “eminent academics,” that party is unable to deal with political opponents and lead the country on the right path. It is even more unbelievable that SDA personnel are increasingly being ridiculed in public when they try to appear smart, and that leader Bakir Izetbegović spends more time in cafes with Dodik and Čović than in those higher education institutions.
So whose fault is it? How is it possible that the SDA is unable to create basic, simple solutions, let alone produce both personnel and programs for strengthening the state and society, despite so many academics and experts?
It is possible. Because neither does the SDA care to create programs for a better tomorrow, nor are the academics capable of leading the processes assigned to them upon appointment to a position. It is obvious that the enemies of Bosnia and Herzegovina perfectly know our disorganization and the lack of education of our representatives, and thanks to that, they can throw us bones of entertainment and discord, while the state is on its knees.
I even find it difficult to call SDA personnel criminal personnel anymore. Because, to be a criminal, you must have a life faculty, a heart twice as big, and a developed mind to avoid all those obstacles that the system and the law set before you. After all, you must also have that M-word to engage in it.
These have none of that; they are merely suitable rogues, gravitating between subservience to the party boss and a comfortable life.
For them, criminals are academics and moral pillars.
