BREAKING UP THE ALLIANCE The 'Trojka': We are terminating the coalition with SNSD

(Patria) - Meetings of the leaders and state deputies of the 'Trojka' were held in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, where the strategy of these parties for preserving peace and the European path of BiH was discussed. Full agreement was reached on the need to firmly oppose attacks on the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, actors whose activities represent a significant challenge and danger to peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and block the functioning of institutions and the process of our country's accession to the European Union, according to a statement from the 'Trojka' parties.

"In this regard, it was stated that SNSD, led by Milorad Dodik, is undermining peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region through unconstitutional actions. Furthermore, it was stated that through attempts to block the European path by representatives of this party, the coalition agreement has been violated, which primarily entails the adoption of European laws and a series of Council of Ministers decisions that ensure a significant step forward on the European path, in the interest of all citizens of our country. For these reasons, the conclusion was reached that the leaders of the 'Trojka' will request the party bodies to make a decision to terminate the coalition agreement with SNSD, in order to preserve peace and unblock the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The leaders of the 'Trojka' will also inform international partners at home and abroad about the agreed positions.

In this complex and challenging moment for the country and all its citizens, we call on all political and social actors to join us in protecting peace and the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The 'Trojka' parties thank the opposition deputies who today clearly demonstrated their European commitment and who, by supporting European laws and their urgent adoption, prevented the blocking of the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina with their votes," the statement said.
