(Patria) - The University of Sarajevo, after more than 27 years, continues the tradition of organizing a university chess championship according to the rules of the World Chess Federation FIDE.
On October 20, teams, one for each organizational unit of the University of Sarajevo (except for the host Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, which can register two, as is the rule in chess Olympiads), will participate in the championship at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
The University of Sarajevo Chess Championship, the first after the independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina (according to FIDE rules), is supported by the Chess Club "Sarajevo".
