Until the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament and the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly are formed, the BiH Presidency will not confirm the appointment of Denis Zvizdić as the mandate-holder for the new term of the BiH Council of Ministers, reports the Patria news agency.
At today's session, although an official proposal arrived from the SDA and despite Bakir Izetbegović's insistence, the item „mandate-holder“ was not on the agenda.
Dragan Čović, among other things, told Izetbegović that it is not disputed that the Government of the Federation of BiH and the BiH Council of Ministers be formed simultaneously, but that the entire job must be completed from „the foundations to the roof“.
The Croatian member of the BiH Presidency insists that the election of delegates, which is „finalised in the županijas, be also in the cantons“, in other words, that the HDZ BiH, wherever it holds a parliamentary majority, has submitted lists of delegates for the FBiH House of Peoples, while where the SDA is dominant, that task has not been completed.
