First test ride on the new turnaround at Ilidža successfully completed

(Patria) - Last night, a test tram ride on the new turnaround at Ilidža was successfully completed.

Minister of Transport of Sarajevo Canton Adnan Šteta, along with all project participants, attended the testing of the newly built turnaround.

For the first time since its construction in the early 1960s, the turnaround at Ilidža has been completely renovated.

“Pride, happiness, and great satisfaction. Thank you to everyone who is part of the tram line construction project to Hrasnica, and thank you to the citizens of our canton. The results of dedicated work are visible. We are one step closer to the day when the tram will run to Hrasnica on the newly built tram line,” stated Minister Šteta.

This is the first test on the newly built turnaround; additional tests will be conducted in the coming period so that the tram can resume service to Ilidža.
