Prosinečki and Džeko: We expect a good game and a win against Austria

ZENICA, (Patria) - The national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina expects a match in the second round of the Nations League tomorrow in Zenica, and the Dragons' opponent will be Austria.

On this occasion, at a press conference, coach Robert Prosinečki and our national team captain Edin Džeko addressed the media. Prosinečki announced an offensive game from our team, and all players will be available for the match.

- After Northern Ireland, we returned to Zenica, we had two days of preparation and training, we rested, and everyone is ready for the match, which makes me particularly happy. We expect a good match against Austria and we believe that with the atmosphere at Bilino Polje, this will be an interesting match and that after a not-so-good performance in Ireland, we will win three points here - said Prosinečki, adding that after tonight's training, he will determine the starting eleven who will take the field.

He added that in Ireland everyone expected them to play, and that Austria is a quality team that has good and strong matches behind them. However, our team will not defend in Zenica.

- We are playing at home now, so we will certainly strive to have possession of the ball, we will seek dominance and be offensive. They are a quality team, we have analyzed them, they press all over the field, but I hope that tomorrow we will be the ones who, through play and the crowd, will provide a different game than what was seen in Northern Ireland - added Prosinečki.

In the end, he emphasized that the Austrian selection has weaknesses, but also discipline.

Džeko reflected on a friendly match against Austria a few years ago, but also pointed out that the atmosphere in Zenica is not what it used to be.

- The memories are good, although it was a few years ago. The stadium was full, so we played as if at home. Austria is a good team, we expect an even match tomorrow. We cannot be satisfied with the match in Ireland either. The coach has made an analysis and we will try to make some changes.

I have a feeling that in the last few matches, the atmosphere in Zenica has not been what it used to be, and I invite all fans to be there tomorrow, and we will do our best to achieve a positive result. It would be ideal if we managed to beat a competitor like Austria, which is vying for first place - said Džeko.

The match is scheduled for tomorrow at 8:45 PM.
