COLLAPSE IN INSTALLMENTS The Trojka on the rails to the abyss!

While reading an email on the tram called a farce, I notice an unusual phenomenon: for the past seven days, not a single email has arrived from the KS Government informing us about payments to various groups of users.

Admittedly, these are payments that regularly come from the budget, so announcements about them are exclusively populist-propaganda in nature, intended to show us that the KS Government is working and caring for the citizens.

However, soon after, news emerged that the payment of salaries to budget users is questionable. Will it happen, won't it, will it be delayed – these were the headlines on portals and other media. I then remembered that a cantonal representative told me back in August that there might be problems with salary payments and other budget obligations because there is less and less money in the cantonal treasury.

Here in October, his prediction has already come true: Admittedly, today news is arriving that the Trojka's KS Government has started paying salaries. However, along with this news, there is also news that this Government has indebted all citizens of Sarajevo Canton in order to pay salaries to budget users.

And that is already sufficient proof that from a once wealthiest and most potent area, we have come to a situation where we pay obligations through debt. I wonder what will happen in the coming months, because it is clear that the budget is filling up too slowly, and the Trojka is spending it irrationally and ineffectively.

And then I realize, at least we have new trams and a renovated track, so budget users and pensioners will be able to ride and warm themselves in these vehicles after their heating is turned off because their salaries were late and they didn't pay their bills.

However, photos soon arrive showing that riding the tram is quite a hazardous solution, as the track, put into operation a year ago, is already showing signs of wear, and the public has never received information on whether the track and the new trams have received the necessary approvals for operation.



What I've heard, but cannot confirm because Šteta has locked up the information, is that we are riding on a route that does not have an occupancy permit, which can mean anything, but I won't speculate.

That Šteta, nor the KS Government, have ever told us how many millions went into the track, so I ask myself why they would tell us if the track is safe.

In any case, many things in Sarajevo Canton are more or less unsafe: It is unsafe to walk the streets, unsafe to travel by tram or private vehicle. Some local community leaders are also unsafe, but unlike citizens, they are protected by the MUP of Sarajevo Canton. Salaries and parental allowances are unsafe. The reimbursement of medical services in private healthcare institutions, regardless of waiting lists, is unsafe or, better said, abolished…

I get off the tram, leaving behind sad workers without salaries, mothers without allowances, schoolchildren without child benefits, and I wonder what is still safe in this Sarajevo.

It is certain, some experts say, that our bills will soon increase, and it is even more certain that we will continue to incur debt.

Political intricacies and changes are also certain, which essentially means that the tram called a farce will be more crowded, as fewer and fewer of us will be able to pay our bills.

It is also certain, they say, that parts of Trebević and Pofalići could move towards the center of the capital. It is certain that neither Trebević nor Pofalići are tired of the height, but rather the hooligan-mafia-like attitude of politicians like Nikšić and his team, who have started to build concrete towards the sky, where no one has ever built concrete in a thousand years.

It is also certain that a difficult winter awaits us, because those experts from SDP, Naša stranka, and NiP, who were wandering and complaining about the lack of fresh air five or ten years ago, now have good masks, so they don't care about the poisoning of the air and the people who breathe it.

The youth are also sure of themselves, whom Nihad's government has tricked, so they are packing their bags and dreams and seeking economic exile where there is nothing similar to the "good Trojka government."

It is also certain that the three-headed government will gather from time to time and send messages from foggy Sarajevo that life is good in Sarajevo Canton, that they are responsible, and that SDA, DF, Iran, Russia… are to blame for everything that is wrong. Because the deficit identified by the auditors is also certain.

It is certain that we are collapsing, and only one thing is in question – when will we finally collapse!
