
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A lifeless body was found this morning in the Bojnik settlement, and as confirmed by Azra Bavčić, spokesperson for the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, it is Ružica Bičvić, who disappeared on April 20. Teams from the Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) and the Federal Civil Protection Administration (FUCZ) were searching for her and found the body this morning.
Bavčić stated that an autopsy will be ordered if necessary after an external examination of the body.
Fifty people participated in the search today, including fifteen members of the Federal Civil Protection Administration, ten members of the Novi Grad Sarajevo Mountain Rescue Service, the Novi Grad Sarajevo Civil Protection, and twenty-five family members, friends, and volunteers who joined the search.
Bičvić had dementia and left her home in Dobrinja on April 20.
