Detention hearing postponed to 11:30 AM, Nešić reportedly taken ill

(Patria) - The hearing to determine one-month detention for Security Minister Nenad Nešić and two others arrested in Operation Tunnel 2 was scheduled to begin this morning at nine o'clock, but has been postponed to 11:30 AM. Family members, lawyers, and prosecutor Bojana Jolović arrived at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and were informed that the hearing would be delayed.

Journalists were told that the hearing would take place around 11:30 AM, and as lawyer for Milan Dakić stated, the judge informed the attorneys that Nenad Nešić had taken ill and was taken for medical assistance.

In addition to Nešić, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is seeking one-month detention for Mladen Lučić and Milan Dakić.

Besides Nešić, those arrested in Operation Tunnel 2 include Mladen Lučić, owner of the company Legend, director of the Republika Srpska Roads company Milan Dakić, general director of Romanijaputevi Mirko Pandurević, managers in the Republika Srpska Roads company including executive director for economic and financial affairs Srđan Mijatović, as well as Cvijetin Milivojević and Mladen Čajić.
