Tourist resort project in Trnovo presented in Dubai

At the International Property Show, held in Dubai from March 30 to April 1, Buroj Property Development presented its Buroj Ozone project, which is to be built in Trnovo, reports the Patria News Agency.

Buroj Property Development had a rather large and well-attended stand at this fair, where they promoted the Buroj Ozone project.

They also announced their presence at the City Scape fair in Abu Dhabi. This fair is one of the largest real estate fairs in the world, and it is particularly significant due to the large number of investors who want to invest money in buying or building real estate.

An agreement between the Municipality of Trnovo and Buroj Property Development from the United Arab Emirates on the construction of the Buroj Ozone tourist city in the Trnovo area was signed in the premises of the Centar Municipality on February 2.

The project is to be realized in three phases. The total value of the project is close to 4.5 billion KM. The first phase of the project, worth around 930 million euros, should be completed by 2018, while the project as a whole should be completed by 2022.
