(Patria) - In the enforcement procedure, the Cantonal Tax Office Novi Travnik carried out the sale of confiscated property of the taxpayer debtor “Buplast” d.o.o Bugojno, in the total amount of 184,000.00 KM, due to the collection of outstanding public revenues. A business building and land were sold. In this way, the purchase price settled the outstanding obligations of the taxpayer based on contributions for pension and disability insurance in the amount of 113,580.15 KM, thereby fully settling the debt under this basis.
Also, part of the debt based on contributions for health insurance in the amount of 70,419.85 KM was paid.
"The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH is taking all measures and actions to collect outstanding obligations based on public revenues. However, in the enforcement procedure, confiscated property is very difficult to sell, i.e., practice has shown that there are generally no interested buyers for its purchase. If they do appear, interested buyers try to buy the property at a significantly lower price than the estimated value. The reason for this is the economic crisis, which has reduced the purchasing power of legal entities, entrepreneurs and citizens, but also the solidarity of taxpayers who do not want to buy confiscated property," it was announced from the Tax Administration of FBiH.
