According to the Draft Law on the Rights of Elected Representatives of Republika Srpska in the period 1991-1996, submitted to the parliamentary procedure by the President of RS Milorad Dodik, the MPs of the first convocation of the National Assembly of RS and the President and Vice President of RS who held these positions in the period from 24 October 1991 to 14 September 1996 would be entitled to a monthly allowance of 1,200 KM, writes the Patria news agency.
At the link below you can read the names of all MPs of the war convocation of the NSRS who will receive these allowances, if the law passes. Among them are war criminals convicted in The Hague.

In addition to these MPs, monthly allowances should also be received by Radovan Karadžić and the family of Nikola Koljević, who was Vice President of RS during the war period.
As a reminder, Dodik has already rewarded Radovan Karadžić, Biljana Plavšić and the wife of Nikola Koljević with special pensions. When he failed to do so through the PIO Fund, a decision was made to allocate the money from the budget.
