A total of 20 rescuers from the GSS Jablanica, HGSS Mostar, and GSS Grude stations participated in the demanding field intervention.
After successfully locating the injured person, rescuers provided first aid and stabilized the injury on site, after which transport was organized through the demanding mountain terrain.
The injured person was safely transported to the HGSS Mostar station's rescue vehicle at 10:50 PM, from where she was further transported for medical treatment to the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.
Thanks to the quick reaction, good coordination, and high readiness of the teams, the rescue operation was successfully completed, once again confirming the importance of inter-station cooperation and the continuous readiness of mountain rescue services, GSSuBiH announced.
