POSKOK REPORTED: Company owner admitted that Vojin Mijatović promised them 1.2 million KM through a public call

(Patria) - Owners of the IT company Bloomteq have filed a criminal complaint with POSKOK against the Federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, Vojin Mijatović. As they emphasize, the evidence is there, the public admission is there, the question is whether POSKOK was formed to truly fight crime and corruption.

They state that they applied for a public call for project allocation worth 1.2 million KM, which was announced by Mijatović on March 21, 2025. They recognized, they say, the manipulation of the public call and did not expect to pass. The results were published on April 1, 2025, and out of two companies that met the conditions, they were ranked second. They filed a formal objection on April 9, which was promptly rejected on April 11, writes Faktor.

On April 28, during the, as they emphasize, expedited signing of contracts with the consortium that won the job, which includes newly established companies, Mijatović made a statement to the media and issued a public threat, emphasizing that "there are no more Srebrena malina (Silver Raspberries), and everyone has the right to use all legal actions to potentially resolve their ambiguities." Just seven days later, a tax inspection arrived at their company, i.e., a "special team of inspectors for silencing" from Tuzla...

To ensure that all of this is not based solely on our suspicion, the owner of one company – who also has private connections with Mijatović – took care of it, who, while a guest on the podcast "Plenum," literally publicly admitted Vojin Mijatović's criminal offense. That is, he admitted on camera that Vojin Mijatović promised them that he would announce a "public" call for them and thus award them one million and two hundred thousand KM of citizens' money.

After that Podcast, "Fondacija 787" (Foundation 787), which was part of the consortium that won the job, immediately withdrew from the consortium due to suspicion of corruption – they stated and added that today they heeded Mijatović's threatening "advice" and exercised their right to use all legal actions to resolve their ambiguities and filed a criminal complaint with POSKOK against Mijatović and ten other individuals.

To tell the truth, we have no ambiguities, everything is clear to us here, only the dilemma remains whether POSKOK is just another false promise for citizens yearning for justice or if it is truly an institution that will enable the rule of law in this society. And yes, Vojin, it seems that with you there are indeed no "Srebrena malina" and fabricated affairs, with you it's real crime on the scene – they concluded.
