COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE HIGH JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL COUNCIL: State Prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić, in agreement with Dubravko Čampara, tracked prosecutors via travel orders

(Patria) - Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office Milanko Kajganić has filed a complaint with the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office of the HJPC of BiH against state prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić, Istraga.ba has learned. According to Istraga's information, Hasanspahić, in agreement with former state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara, tracked the movements of state prosecutors and investigators of the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

Specifically, during the search of former prosecutor Čampara's office, copies of travel orders of other prosecutors and investigators of the BiH Prosecutor's Office were found in a drawer. Prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić provided these orders to Čampara. The BiH Prosecutor's Office possesses surveillance camera footage showing prosecutor Hasanspahić receiving copies of travel orders from an employee in the accounting department of the BiH Prosecutor's Office. This employee had direct family ties to prosecutor Hasanspahić.

Within the scope of the investigation in the Dubrovnik case, which is being conducted against former prosecutor Čampara, the accounting employee admitted to providing copies of travel orders to Hasanspahić and Čampara so that they would know what a particular prosecutor was undertaking in specific cases. When prosecutors from the BiH Prosecutor's Office requested a statement from prosecutor Hasanspahić, he said he did not remember. After realizing he could be prosecuted for giving a false statement, Hasanspahić asked his colleagues to re-examine him.

We remind you that the investigation in the Black Tie case, which is directed against the Tito and Dino drug cartel, revealed that Dubravko Čampara had intensive communication with Gordan Memija, the best man of NiP president Elmedin Konaković. Evidence of these communications was found on Memija's phone, as well as evidence that Gordan Memija, after one of the conversations with Čampara, searched for the name Sanjin Kulenović, the state prosecutor leading the investigation in the Black Tie case, via Google. Furthermore, Elmedin Konaković stated in public appearances that investigators from the Black Tie case traveled to Zagreb, which indicates that the NiP leader had information about the investigators' movements.

In addition to cooperating with Memija, Dubravko Čampara attempted to reactivate closed cases at the BiH Prosecutor's Office to discredit witnesses in this case – Marina Zović and Ibri Bešlija, FUP officials who testified that Vahidin Munjić and others concealed evidence confirming the cooperation of the head of the FUP Special Police, Mustafa Selmanović, and his special forces with individuals from the drug cartel.

In October last year, we published the 'kečer' case, which clearly shows how the Čampara family acted to protect Vahidin Munjić and others.

During Aljoša Čampara's term as the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs, the FUP acquired 'kečers', i.e., devices that can, via a base station, be used to send messages from your name and phone number to a desired address. After the former director of the FUP, and now delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, Zlatko Miletić, went to the BiH Prosecutor's Office to inform the acting prosecutor in the 'Black Tie' case, Sanjin Kulenović, about the existence of 'kečers' in the FUP, the Čampara family, with their infrastructure, came into play.

Thus, through Ervin Mušinović, an FMUP official hired by Aljoša Čampara, the former federal minister ordered Vahidin Munjić, acting director of the FUP, to react immediately and file a complaint against an unknown person who allegedly misused 'kečers'. It was agreed that the complaint would be filed at a precise time so that, through manipulations in the prosecutor's TCMS system, the case would be assigned to – pay attention now – prosecutor Dubravko Čampara, brother of former minister Aljoša Čampara, who procured the 'kečers'. Munjić ordered that the 'kečers' be analyzed without a court or prosecutor's order, and it was 'determined' that there was a suspicion of abuse of office. However, it is unknown by whom. And therefore, the FUP filed a complaint against an 'unknown' person from the FUP regarding the 'kečer' case. The plan was to suspect FUP officials who testified in the Black Tie case – Marina Zović and Ibro Bešlija – of potential misuse. Shortly thereafter, Ervin Mušinović, under Aljoša Čampara's instructions, informed the Klix portal that the FUP had reported unknown persons regarding the 'kečer' case.
