Office of Aida Halać searched: Items that can serve as evidence seized

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today in the area of Zenica, in the operational action "BLACK TIE VRH", carried out a search of an office in the Zenica Cantonal Hospital, which is used by one of the suspects in the case.

During the search, items were discovered and temporarily seized that can serve as evidence that the criminal offenses of "Organized Crime" and "Money Laundering" prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been committed.

The aforementioned activities were carried out by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We remind you that as part of SIPA's "Black Tie 2" operation in Zenica, the director of this institution, Tarik Zulović, was previously brought in for questioning during a search of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital.

In addition to Zulović, Aida Halać, a councilor of the BHI Kasumović Fuad party in the Zenica City Council and owner of the AFit fitness club in Zenica, and an employee of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital where she heads the Scientific Research Work within the hospital, was also brought in. Her detention was extended for two months by a decision of the Court of BiH, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
