Mother of Nebojša Vukanović passed away, her health deteriorated after a car was set on fire in front of the family home in Trebinje

(Patria) - The mother of MP in the National Assembly of RS and leader of the "List for Justice and Order" Nebojša Vukanović, Nevenka, passed away at the age of 72.

As announced, the funeral of the deceased will be held on Saturday at 3 PM at the cemetery in Podglivlje.

Vukanović previously stated that his mother was in a serious health condition, and that her health deteriorated after their car was set on fire in front of their family home in Trebinje on the night of March 13.

Vukanović was supposed to be the opposition candidate from RS for the Minister of Security of BiH, but an agreement with HDZ BiH was never reached.

A meeting, which PDP leader Draško Stanivuković was supposed to host in Banja Luka, has not yet been scheduled.

At a press conference held on Wednesday by the leaders of HDZ and SDP, Dragan Čović and Nermin Nikšić, it was emphasized that the date of the meeting has not yet been determined.

Given the relationship between HDZ and SNSD, and Čović with Milorad Dodik, which is also evident in the sessions of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, it is difficult to expect the opposition from RS to replace Dodik, even though he, along with NSRs, has been attacking the constitutional order since February 27 by adopting a series of unconstitutional laws that undermine state institutions, the judiciary, and SIPA.
