House of Representatives Adopts FBiH Budget for 2015

An extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has concluded, and the budget for 2015 was adopted by a majority of votes, pending confirmation by the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

Prior to this session, an urgent session of the FBiH Government was held, where the Proposal for the Budget of the Federation of BiH for 2015 and the Proposal for the Law on Budget Execution were determined.

The Government accepted the proposals on the financial plans of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute, the Federal Solidarity Fund, the Professional Service of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute, the Federal Employment Institute, and the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute for 2015.

The budget proposed by the now former Government of Nermin Nikšić amounts to 2.3 billion KM, which is 141.4 million KM less than last year's.

The decision on temporary financing of the Federation for the first three months of this year expires at midnight.
