BiH Presidency adopts Budget with votes of Komšić and Bećirović, Cvijanović opposed

(Patria) - At an emergency session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Proposal for the Budget of BiH institutions and international obligations for 2025 was adopted. The budget was adopted with the votes of Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, while Željka Cvijanović voted against.

It will now be forwarded to the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly for consideration, and then to the House of Peoples.

The budget was passed with a proposal by Komšić and Bećirović for budget increases for several institutions.

Thus, 28 million KM is planned for the procurement of equipment for the Armed Forces of BiH.

Of course, for the budget proposal to be adopted and operational, it must be adopted by the House of Representatives and then the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly after the Presidency.
