Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić sent condolence telegrams to the Spanish King and German President following the tragic plane crash yesterday in which more than 150 people traveling on the Barcelona - Dusseldorf route lost their lives, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
- I received the news of the terrible plane crash in France and the deaths of many Spanish citizens with great regret. On behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my deepest condolences to you, the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Spain.
Your Majesty, please convey our most sincere condolences to the families of the victims. Our thoughts are with them in these difficult moments.
Your Majesty, please accept the assurances of my highest consideration.
In the telegram to the German President, Ivanić wrote:
- We were deeply struck and saddened by the news of the crash of an Airbus A320 in southern France, in which many citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany tragically lost their lives.
On behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere condolences to you.
Your Excellency, please convey our deepest condolences to the families of the victims of this tragic event. Through this, I express our support in overcoming this difficult situation.
Your Excellency, please accept the assurances of my exceptional respect.
