SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A UEFA delegation with President Aleksander Čeferin, Director for National Associations Zoran Laković and Head of the Cabinet of the UEFA President Luka Zejc arrived in Sarajevo this evening.
This is the first official visit of the UEFA President to the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NS/FS BiH), during which visits to the Presidency of BiH and the Council of Ministers of BiH are planned for tomorrow.
The head of the European football federation was welcomed at Sarajevo Airport by representatives of NS/FS BiH, and President Elvedin Begić stated on the occasion:
- We are extremely pleased and honored by Mr. Čeferin's visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina and our Association. There are many topics we wish to discuss, one of which is certainly the future development and improvement of football in BiH, as well as new projects and investments for which we need UEFA's support.
A press conference will be held on the occasion of the UEFA President's visit, scheduled for tomorrow at 11:45 AM at Sarajevo Airport.
