Although from the moment he was elected President of the Federation of BiH, Marinko Čavara has been trying at all costs with his letters to pressure the Constitutional Court of FBiH, seeking a decision that would prove that Nermin Nikšić's Government is unconstitutional, which would invalidate all decisions made in the past 2 years, his actions have acknowledged it himself, writes the Patria News Agency.
After the Speaker of the House of Representatives of FBiH, Edin Mušić, asked Nikšić's Government to prepare the budget for 2015 to avoid a collapse in the Federation, thereby confirming the constitutionality of the outgoing government for the first time, Čavara's signature from March 23 only showed that his letters to the Constitutional Court of FBiH were political pressures, and not in order to prove (non)compliance with the law.
Thus, Čavara signed the resignation submitted by Predrag Kurteš for the position of Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH, as he was appointed to the position of Minister of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
