(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office proposed to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo the extension of detention for another three months for the suspects Ibri Berilo, Nađa Milišić, and Adis Mulaosmanović.
The extension of detention was proposed due to the risk that the suspects, if at liberty, could influence witnesses, conceal evidence, or re-offend.
Berilo was arrested in early August. In addition to him, in the operation codenamed "Incitat", Adis Mulaosmanović, Edina Džigal, and Nađa Milišić, the assistant to the municipal mayor in Trnovo for geodesy, property-legal affairs, and real estate cadastre, were also arrested at the time.
They are under investigation on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, abuse of position or authority, and money laundering - as prescribed by the Criminal Code of FBiH.
