At today's session, scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska plans to adopt conclusions regarding the "information on the collapse of the legal order in BiH through the violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement".
The conclusions state that the violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement is being carried out through the unlawful actions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Court of BiH, and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, writes Istraga.ba.
"Which has culminated in a politically fabricated process against the President of Republika Srpska and the Director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska," it is stated.
The second conclusion states that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska remains committed to respecting the territorial integrity and divided sovereignty between the entities, "as defined by the General Framework Agreement for Peace in BiH, particularly Annex II".
"The National Assembly of Republika Srpska demands that the President of Republika Srpska and the Director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska no longer respond to summonses from the Court of BiH. The National Assembly of Republika Srpska notes that the President of Republika Srpska has fulfilled his constitutional and legal obligations in the legislative process, which is led by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska," it is stated.
The fourth conclusion states that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska demands that the appointed and elected representatives of Republika Srpska from the Serb constituent people in the "institutions of BiH" suspend decision-making at the BiH level, without exception.
"Until the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH halt the politically fabricated process against the President of Republika Srpska and the Director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska," it is stated.
In the fifth conclusion, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska demands a halt to European integration until the "rule of law is established in BiH".
"The National Assembly of Republika Srpska notes that a country in which the President of the Republic or any individual is tried based on a law not adopted by the legislative body, but imposed by an unelected individual of foreign citizenship, cannot continue European integration," it is stated.
In the sixth conclusion, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska requests the Government of Republika Srpska to urgently draft and submit for procedure a proposal to amend the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, which will criminalize the disrespect and non-fulfillment of decisions of the institutions and bodies of Republika Srpska.
"In case of disrespect or non-implementation of these conclusions, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will take unilateral measures within 48 hours to implement them," the document states.
The conclusions will enter into force on the day they are adopted.
