Detention proposed for Admir Alibegović suspected of attempted rape in Tuzla

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton (TK) has submitted a proposal to the Municipal Court in Tuzla for the detention of Admir Alibegović (42) from Tuzla due to well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of attempted rape, violation of the inviolability of the home, and unauthorized optical recording in conjunction.

There is well-founded suspicion that on October 12, 2025, in Tuzla, Alibegović used physical force and threats to attempt to force the damaged female person into a sexual relationship, and against her will, he unlawfully stayed in her apartment and took photographs without her consent.

The suspect was arrested by officers of the Centar Police Station, and after being handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, the acting prosecutor issued an order to conduct an investigation and questioned him.

The investigation is ongoing, and the TK Prosecutor's Office is taking further measures and actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the event.
