Call to the veteran population to extend the right to family disability benefits

The Department for Veteran and Disability Protection of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo calls on all beneficiaries of the right to family disability benefits whose children are regularly attending school to submit the necessary documentation for the extension of this right, reports the Patria News Agency.  

Veteran families with high school students can submit the documentation in original or certified copy to the protocol of the Municipality of Centar or to the Department for Veteran and Disability Protection, room 19 (Mis Irbina 1), by September 15, 2015, and for beneficiaries of the aforementioned right who have university students, the deadline is October 20 of this year.

In accordance with the Law on the Rights of Defenders and their Family Members, the required documentation includes a certificate of regular schooling for children, a certified statement with two witnesses that the spouse of a शहीद or fallen fighter has not entered into a marital or extramarital union, and a birth certificate for the spouse, it was announced from the Municipality of Centar.
