As announced by the Service for Civil Protection and Firefighting of the City of Konjic, a pine forest is burning, and the fire is spreading.
Due to steep slopes, the terrain is inaccessible for ground firefighting.
Two helicopters of the BiH Armed Forces have been operating in the Vrtaljica and Zlatar area since 8:00 AM today.
