After a few weeks of break due to injury, Bosnian captain Edin Džeko returned to the Manchester City squad, writes the Patria news agency.
City defeated Everton 1:0 tonight (Saturday), also featuring our Muhamed Bešić. City secured the win with a goal from Yaya Touré from the penalty spot. Bešić played a solid 56 minutes of the match before being substituted, while Džeko entered the game in the 63rd minute.
The good form of our international players is certainly encouraging, and fans were especially delighted by the news that Džeko has recovered and is once again in the plans of coach Manuel Pellegrini.
