Regarding the tragedy in Posušje: FBiH Government declares January 4th a day of mourning

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's 198th emergency session, made a decision to declare January 4, 2021, a Day of Mourning in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the tragedy in
the village of Tribistovo in the Municipality of Posušje, in which eight young lives were extinguished on New Year's Eve.

The Day of Mourning is marked by the mandatory flying of the BiH flag at half-mast, i.e., on the flagpole at the buildings of the FBiH Government and FBiH institutions. On the Day of Mourning, cultural and entertainment programs cannot be held in public places in the FBiH.

Media houses on the territory of the FBiH are obliged to harmonize and adapt their program content to the Day of Mourning.
