
(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Benjamin Aganović, Aladin Hajdarević, and Nermin Dizdarević. Aganović is accused of committing the criminal offenses of violation of the inviolability of the home, unlawful deprivation of liberty, rape, and unauthorized optical recording.
Hajdarević is accused of the criminal offenses of violation of the inviolability of the home, unlawful deprivation of liberty, and rape, while Dizdarević is accused of the criminal offense of rape.
Benjamin Aganović is charged with having, after a hearing in the Municipal Court in Sarajevo in a case where he was accused of drug trafficking, asked the victim in this case to take responsibility upon herself, threatening her multiple times.
After she refused, on January 25, 2025, in the afternoon, Aganović and Hajdarević broke into the apartment where she lived. They beat her, pulled her hair, drugged her, and then raped her. The accused Aganović recorded everything with his mobile phone. During the night, the accused Nermin Dizdarević also came to the apartment and also raped her. The day after, the victim managed to escape from the apartment, running towards the Pejton settlement, where she was helped by an unknown passerby.
It has been proposed to the court to extend the detention for all three accused. For the main trial, the prosecuting prosecutor proposed to the court the hearing of 14 witnesses, eight experts, and the presentation of more than 150 material evidence.
