Indictment Confirmed, but Bosnalijek Supervisory Board Meeting Still Pending: New Criminal Charges Ready!

Neither paid articles about the historical successes of Bosnalijek helped Nedim Uzunović, the director of this pharmaceutical company, to prevent the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina from confirming the indictment that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed against him and 10 other individuals, as well as four legal entities.
Moreover, on the same day after praises of Uzunović and his success appeared, the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment.

This is also new evidence that Uzunović must be removed from the position of the top man at Bosnalijek, and it is completely unclear what is being waited for regarding the convening of the Supervisory Board meeting. Although Uzunović keeps certain members under his control, it is perfectly clear that there is a majority for the dismissal of Nedim Uzunović.

Certain shareholders of this successful pharmaceutical company, which has been plundered for years by whoever got the chance, have also threatened criminal charges if the Supervisory Board does not finally dismiss Uzunović. Uzunović and 11 other individuals, as well as four legal entities, are charged with organized crime, abuse of position or authority, concluding a harmful contract, and money laundering, with the acts committed between 2005 and 2016.

According to the evidence of the Prosecutor's Office, the accused damaged Bosnalijek by more than five million euros, and obtained illegal property gain for themselves in the approximate amount of nearly five million euros.

After initial information that he would not oppose his dismissal, the situation changed drastically, and negotiations have been ongoing for more than 10 days. As it is an open secret that the SDP (through its cadres) is deeply involved in this company, it is clear that the Prime Minister of the Federation, Nermin Nikšić, continues to protect his associate/favorite Nedim Uzunović.

Elvedin Grabovica, former director of Elektroprivreda BiH and a close friend of Nikšić, is also actively involved in the whole story. However, it is interesting, and simply put, strange that Nikšić protects Russian capital and goes against the Americans, who were deceived back in 2010 regarding Bosnalijek.

The US Embassy is closely monitoring the entire case, and they also expect Uzunović's dismissal.
It is an open secret that the 'trio' came to power thanks to the US Embassy and Ambassador Michael Murphy, and now they are fiercely defending the Russian side!? Because, logically, if you protect Uzunović, you also protect Russian capital.

The indictment states that Uzunović, as the actual owner of offshore companies and director of the Bosnalijek representative office in Moscow, with the intention of concealing the true source, nature, and origin of money and illegally injecting it into legal financial flows, made large cash payments to accounts he controlled, as well as accounts of persons close to him, which were then used for various purposes, including the purchase of real estate, shares, vehicles, and other valuables.

The frozen shares are precisely owned by Uzunović, which they wanted to sell to Galenica, which, according to Patria's information, is ready and offers hundreds of millions of KM to take over control of the most significant pharmaceutical company in Bosnia and Herzegovina! It is alleged that the current director Uzunović agrees with this possible transaction, so the reason for opposing his dismissal may also lie in these stories.

Therefore, after the confirmation of the indictment, an urgent scheduling of the Supervisory Board meeting is expected, which includes Nedim Rizvanović, Rijad Hasić, Vedad Tuzović, Madžid Avdagić, and Haris Jahić.
